Medical herbs and green tea gives inner harmony
Medical herbs is the good habit for many healthy people. You can make your own blend of herbs for your green tea. Herbs often interact and provides a positive synergistic effect. Green tea gives me inner harmony and makes me relaxed. It also tastes very good. I often put a few drops of Bergamot essential oil in it.
Here are some great places to start:
This is tea made of Raspberry leaves and it's really good. It makes you feel calm and soft, you relax. When someone touches your skin or gives you a hug your body produces a hormone that makes you fell good, it's called Oxytocin. The Raspberry leaves has Oxytocin in them.
So when you drink this green tea it's a little like getting a hug.

Nature is full of medicinal plants with positive, healing properties for both body and soul.
I would recommend a herbal tea mix consisting of St. John's wort, Cammomill, Marshmallow and hawthorn herb. That's what I drink at home almost every day and the tea doing the best. I call mixture Inner harmony.
Olive leaf tea is very very good for your health. Start drinking Olive leaf tea now! It's good for the heart, it prevents diseases.

Herb tincture or etheric oil in your green tea
Most often I put Bergamot oil in my green tea. It tastes and smells like Earl Grey tea then. I also use mint oil sometimes. And if I have a cold I put some Swedish Bitters in my herb tea.
